Terms of Service – Digital Products

These Terms govern the sale and delivery of digital goods (codes/licenses) offered by BUSINESS NAME (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1) Nature of Products

All items are delivered digitally (e.g., activation codes, license keys, or similar). No physical shipment occurs.

2) Ordering & Delivery

• Upon successful payment, the code is delivered automatically on-screen, to your account area, and/or via email.
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/promotions folders.
• Delivery is deemed completed when our system logs mark the code as issued or accessed.

3) Refunds & Replacements

• Because digital codes are delivered immediately and can be used instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once a code is issued.
• If a code is invalid or cannot be redeemed due to our fault, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement. We may request reasonable evidence (e.g., screenshots of the redemption error).
• We do not refund for user error, loss of code, incompatibility with your device/service, or violations of third-party terms.

4) Proof of Delivery

We maintain delivery logs (timestamps, payment email, transaction ID, IP/technical metadata). These records serve as proof that a digital product was delivered.

5) Customer Responsibilities

• Keep your code confidential and do not share it with third parties.
• Use the code in accordance with the applicable third-party service’s terms and regional restrictions.
• Ensure your device/service supports the product before purchase.

6) Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks

• We may suspend, refuse, or cancel orders if fraud or abuse is suspected (including repeated “item not received” claims after logged delivery).
• Attempted fraud or misuse may be reported to payment processors and relevant authorities.
• We reserve the right to block future purchases from accounts/emails/IPs associated with disputes or chargebacks deemed abusive.

7) Availability & Errors

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free content. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund the payment before code issuance.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9) Dispute Resolution

Contact us first to resolve any issue. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of YOUR JURISDICTION, and the courts of YOUR CITY/STATE/COUNTRY shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10) Privacy

We process personal data to fulfill orders and prevent fraud, in line with our Privacy Policy. Key order data (e.g., email, IP, transaction ID) may be retained as proof of delivery.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent version. Continued purchases after changes signify acceptance.
